About us

An independent Upminster pharmacy

Panchem Pharmacy is a GPhC-registered community pharmacy on St Mary's Lane. We look after NHS prescriptions, run clinical services from our consultation room, and know most of our patients by name.

Registered and regulated

Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and operating under NHS community pharmacy contract arrangements.

A small, familiar team

The same faces behind the counter each week, which makes continuity of care far easier.

Advice before sales

If something over the counter will do, we will say so. If you need your GP, we will tell you that too.

How we work

Community pharmacy works best when it is unhurried. We keep a private consultation room for anything that shouldn't be discussed at the counter, and we would rather spend an extra five minutes getting something right than move you along.

Prescriptions are collected in store. We do not run a delivery service, which means the team is here, in the pharmacy, when you need them.

Accessibility

Step-free entrance, a private consultation room, and staff happy to help if you need information in larger print or explained again. Just ask.

Feedback

If something has not gone as it should, please tell us in person or by phone. We take complaints seriously and would always rather hear about them directly.
